Employee Compensation Online Management System (ECOMS)

The Employee Compensation Online Management System (ECOMS) is a web-based application used to complete employee compensation and retirement-related drills. Departments can use ECOMS to enter drill information, electronically submit new drills, corrections, and resubmissions, and communicate with their Finance Budget Analysts (FBAs).
