On behalf of the California Department of Finance, thank you for your interest in attending our 9th Annual Policy and Recruitment Conference (DOFCON). Our policy conference is a unique opportunity for job-seeking participants to interact with Finance leaders and policy experts. We will discuss our role in California’s government, economy, and demographics; the state's legislative and budget processes; independent audits and evaluations; and current issues in state policy. We will also have a Q&A panel from representatives of our various units to describe what it is like to work at Finance and discuss career and internship opportunities at Finance.
Please join us on Friday, October 10th, 2025, from 9:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. with an optional social mixer from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. after. Both events will be held at the California Natural Resources Agency Auditorium in Sacramento.
