Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Unit Manager, California Department of Finance
Eunice Donato is the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Unit (TAEEU) Manager at the California Department of Finance and serves as a Co-Chair for this year’s DOFCON. Since joining Finance in November 2022, she has been focused on strengthening recruitment efforts, streamlining onboarding processes, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. Prior to joining Finance, she worked at the Department of Social Services. Eunice graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from UC Davis.
