Tina Wooden has served as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Analyst at the Department of Finance since June 2023. She joined the Finance Recruitment Team after working as an Administrative Analyst II in the Finance Capitol Office. Tina collaborates on inclusive recruitment as the Vice Chair of the Finance Disability Advisory Committee (DAC), where she and the DAC team raise disability awareness and advocate for the inclusion and recruitment of individuals with disabilities. Before joining Finance, Tina held several positions at CalRecycle, including Executive Assistant and Office Technician, where she supported executive leadership with public meetings and career fairs. She started her career as a Student Assistant in the HR unit of the Department of Toxic Substances Control. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento.
