Prime recipients (i.e., departments) and Sub-Recipients (i.e., awardees) of State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) allocations are required to provide detailed quarterly expenditure and progress information to Finance for the purposes of satisfying federal reporting requirements. Primes and Sub-Recipients will use an online reporting portal to provide this information.
