2022 Department of Finance Recruiting Conference (DOFCON)
Message from the Director
On behalf of the California Department of Finance, thank you for your interest in attending our 6th Annual Policy and Recruitment Conference (DOFCON). Our policy conference is a unique opportunity for job-seeking participants to interact with Finance leaders and policy experts. We will discuss our role in California’s government, economy, and demographics, the state’s legislative and budget processes, independent audits and evaluations, and current issues in state policy. We will also have a Q&A panel from representatives of our various units to describe what it is like to work at Finance and discuss careers and internships opportunities at Finance.
The live-streamed conference is on Friday, October 7th, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. to 12:15 P.M. followed by a lunch break and then an in-person networking mixer with employees. Light refreshments will be provided.
